Join us for an intimate women's gathering through a profound ceremonial journey of somatic healing and compassionate, authentic relating.

With over thirty-five years of experience in trauma-informed healing modalities, Erika offers a soft, kind and welcoming sacred space where we honour the body as temple, giving permission to the heart and womb to reveal what is being held within.

We will begin by opening a medicine wheel, calling in specific goddesses, and working with the gentle heart-opening energies of rose medicine paired with ceremonial cacao. Drawing on a wide variety of somatic practices, we'll meet what lives within - the grief, the joy, the pain, the fears and the unspoken truths - with compassionate presence. You will be invited to listen to the wisdom held in your body, releasing what no longer serves, and reclaiming the aliveness - your wild eros - that is your birthright.

The journey will close with a sound journey facilitated by Tam, and after we'll share delicious, home-made, nourishing snacks together as we integrate. 

This gathering is for women who are ready to soften, to feel, to be seen, heard, held and honoured, and to remember the medicine they carry within.

Tantra is a sacred tradition that blends mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and meditation to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and others. Contrary to common misconceptions, Tantra is about much more than intimacy—it’s a holistic journey toward balance, vitality, and joy.

In Tantric cosmology, Shiva represents pure consciousness, stillness, and the un-manifested divine masculine energy. Shakti, on the other hand, symbolises energy, dynamism, creativity, and the manifested divine feminine. These two principles are not seen as separate but as complementary forces that together create and sustain the universe.

The Sacred or Inner Marriage, often depicted as the union of Shiva and Shakti, symbolises the merging of these polarities to achieve wholeness. In human terms, this represents the integration of our inner masculine (yang) and inner feminine (yin) energies. This balance leads to a state of harmony, spiritual awakening, and creative power.
