Beautiful things happen when women come together, when we nourish, respect and celebrate one another, when we let go of the societal pressures and just be.
When we gather in a sacred container as our most authentic selves, we uplift, support and inspire each other, and as a sisterhood we rise together.
WOMEN’S CIRCLES
Erika holds bi-monthly moon circles to offer support, nourishment and guidance with the aim of deeper connection and community healing.
Fostering community care, combining both individual and collective approaches, allow us to move closer to healing from the legacies of systemic and historical trauma.
Creating safe and sacred space for prayer, the beauty medicine of music and poetry, engaging in authentic and compassionate relating alongside a variety of embodiment practices including yoga nidra - yogic sleep or dream yoga, helps us release stress and tension allowing us to sink deeper into our body wisdom, intuition and cosmic intelligence so we can dream the new world into being.

A ceremonial women's gathering blending rose medicine, somatic exploration, and vocal activation to release what no longer serves and reclaim your sacred aliveness. Includes lunch and closing sound ceremony.
